The package may be in the mail, but it could arrive late
Canada Post advising customers, due to staff shortages because of the Omicron variant, parcel delivery may be delayed.
In a statement the post office says “This situation is fluid across the country and customers may experience delays over the next few weeks. In addition, we may see temporary measures, such as the reduction of hours or short-term closures, at some of our post offices.”
Canada Post says it is continuing with its mandatory vaccine policy for all staff.
