They say Joshua Morningstar, 32 years old, could be in Niagara
Provincial police need your help to track down a federal inmate wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Police say 32-year old Joshua Morningstar has been known to frequent the Niagara Region, specifically Niagara Falls.
He is white, 6', 155lbs with green eyes and brown hair.
He has several tattoos including the words “MORNINGSTAR” on the right side of his ribcage; “Key Forever” on his right arm; “EST 91” on his right wrist; a five-point crown on his right hand; the letters “P>D>M>G” on his left knee; and a lions head on his chest.
