Theresa Tam commenting on Broadway show rule banning patrons who received Astra Zeneca shot
Tam was asked for comment yesterday about the Broadway show that has become the first to announce it will only allow patrons in who have received an FDA approved vaccine.
The problem is Astra Zeneca has never been approved by U.S. health authorities, which means Canadians would be unable to go see the "Springsteen on Broadway" show which opens June 26th.
Dr. Tam asking for patience saying it is still early days and officials around the world are trying to figure out rules surrounding vaccines moving forward.
Tam assuring Canadians the issue will more than likely come up at the next G7 meeting or bilateral get together of Canadian and U.S. officials
