21,000 people went back to work: StatsCan
A slight increase in the number of people who found work last month across the country.
Stats Canada says 21,000 people landed jobs, adding the unemployment rate fell to 5.2 percent in September, it was 5.4 percent in August.
The gain in employment was expected as job losses in the education sector during the summer were reversed with the reopening of schools.
It comes after three consecutive months of job losses.
