City is looking for feedback from residents on various services
The City of Niagara Falls wants to hear from residents.
A customer service survey has been launched to get feedback on a variety of services.
The survey will ask residents for their thoughts on recreation programs, fines, applying for business licenses and more.
The City says this is being done to ensure it is delivering the best service possible.
The survey is available until September 3rd.
