The city says if you need help downloading or printing a hard copy of your vaccine QR code, they have the staff available to help.
Currently, copies of a vaccine certificate without the code are being accepted.
But that changes next month, starting January 4th, the province will require people to use their QR code where proof of vaccination is required.
The city says if you need help accessing your QR code, you can stop by the Gale Centre, MacBain Community Centre or any Niagara Falls Library for assistance, just bring your health care with you.
