The City of St. Catharines wants to hear from you about the re-naming of Centennial Gardens and some of its amenities.
Councillors have suggested Richard Pierpoint Park as one option, after one of Canada's most famous black loyalists.
Pierpoint spent much of his adult life in St. Catharines after receiving a land grant that included part of the Centennial Gardens property.
Council is also asking for ways to recognize the Indigenous community.
You have until Tuesday, July 13th, to have your say here.
