Earth Day event taking place tomorrow at Malcolmson Eco-Park

Earth Day is tomorrow, and the City of St. Catharines is encouraging you to do your part to help the planet.

Starting at 9:00 a.m., the City and Friends of Malcolmson Eco-Park will host a day of planting and clean-up at the park.

Anyone who attends is encouraged to bring work gloves, hand tools, water and snacks.

Parking will be available at Grantham Lions Club.

Meanwhile, starting today, St. Catharines residents can order free rain barrels, while registration for free trees starts on Monday.
