City collecting donations of pads, tampons, panty liners and underwear for women and girls at Thorold City Hall.
The City of Thorold and United Way Niagara are joining forces for the Period Promise Campaign.
The campaign runs until Friday, May 27th.
The City says donations of pads, panty liners, tampons and underwear for women and girls in need will be accepted at City Hall.
