Closing arguments continue today in the trial of two former Hamilton paramedics charged in the death of a teenager.
Fifty-five year old Steven Snively and 32 year old Christopher Marchant stand accused of failing to provide the necessitiies of life to Yosif Al-Hasnawi.
Both have pleaded not guilty.
The 19 year old was shot on the evening of December 2nd, 2017 with a .22 caliber handgun.
He died in hospital about an hour later.
Snively and Marchant, testifying in Ontario Superior Court in their own defence, claim they thought the teenager had been shot with a BB gun.
The shooter was acquitted of second degree murder last year.
That case is being appealed.
