Police made the arrest in the Main and Ferry Street area of Niagara Falls
People living in the Main and Ferry Street of Niagara Falls getting fed up with frequent drug activity, and getting police involved.
Officers were on patrol late yesterday morning, and watched three people behind a business, in the parking lot of a retirement home, in what appeared to be drug trafficking and use.
They arrested one of them, 21-year old Lucas Orcutt of Niagara Falls, charging him with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000
Police found:
- 38.5 grams of suspected fentanyl (estimated street value: $8,360)
- A cell phone
- A digital weighing scale
- $710 in Canadian currency
The suspect has a future court date.
