Over 1,300 new COVID-19 infections in Niagara since Christmas Eve.
Niagara's daily COVID-19 case count continues to rise.
Public Health reports 1,315 new infections since Christmas Eve.
There were 347 new infections today, 181 yesterday, 520 on Boxing Day and 267 on Christmas eve.
The death toll remains at 446.
Fifty-five patients are battling the virus within Niagara Health, and 25 are unvaccinated.
Ten are in ICUs, and six of the ICU patients are not immunized.
Meanwhile, the province confirmed 8,825 new cases and seven more deaths today.
