Dinner and a Movie Event Coming to Market Square in Welland

From September 14th until Thanksgiving, you can enjoy food trucks and a movie on Wednesday at Market Square in Welland.

You can soon enjoy dinner and a movie at Market Square in Welland. 

Beginning September 14th, visitors will be able to enjoy food trucks and a movie on Wednesdays, depending on the weather. 

Popular food trucks that will be onsite include the following: 

  • Bacon Crazy
  • Smoke and Moonshine
  • The Runaway Greek
  • 905 Hotdog Pound
  • Cool Licks Ice Cream and food truck

Officials say the City hopes to run the event every Wednesday next summer, and this is a test run. 

The food trucks will open at 4 PM, and movies will start around 7 PM, though the City says movies will not be offered every single Wednesday. 

The event is expected to run until Thanksgiving.
