Police were called to a Niagara Falls home, were 2 other people were also attacked
A dog has been put down after attacking some people and police in a Niagara Falls home.
Police were called this morning at around 8:20, to the Margaret Street and Argyll Crescent area over an animal complaint.
One officer was immediately attacked in the house upon arrival, and bitten on the hand. The officer fought the dog off, however, before he could get away, the dog lunged at him again, and bit him.
The dog was then put down.
Police say the officer and two people within the home suffered non life-threatening injuries, and were taken to hospital.
