Police say the crash happened in August in Niagara Falls, the driver turned himself into police yesterday
A 38-year old Niagara Falls man has been charged after the death of another man in a single vehicle collision in August.
Police say the driver of a motorcycle lost control near the corner of Marineland Parkway and Portage Road and crashed, was ejected, and suffered serious injuries.
The 43-year old St. Catharines man, alone on the bike, sadly died at hospital.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged Kyle Kmetyk, who was driving another vehicle, with dangerous operation causing death.
He turned himself into police yesterday, and has a bail hearing today.
Police add a court will determine the nature of what happened.
