The owner of a driving school in Niagara has been charged with sexual assault against a young person.
Police were called earlier this month, and learned not only does the suspect own a school, but works as an instructor for four other driving schools in Niagara.
Police say he was doing a lesson with the victim when it's alleged he touched the student, unwanted, for a sexual purpose.
Earlier today, 37-year old Nithin Peter Bennis of Niagara Falls was charged with sexual exploitation and sexual assault, he has a bail hearing today.
Police believe there could be more victims, and ask those people to call police.
