Niagara parents may soon know when their kids are heading back to school.
Education Minister Stephen Lecce told CP 24 earlier today that a decision regarding the re-opening of schools in areas outside of COVID-19 hot spots may come this week.
Today, over 100,000 students in 7 public health districts in the province returned to classes.
Lecce says that when school does resume, more students will need to wear a mask.
This will now include kids from grades one to three.
