Councillor Bonnie Fokkens wants to ask CN Rail, which owns the land, about opening a second road. "Still, 845 homes left to be built on this, it's massive, and it's really disrupting, it's not beneficial for the air quality for the people in the area."

Councillor Fokkens said no buildings permits have been issued this year.
