Falls Illumination to Mark the Late Betty White's Birthday

We are also encouraged to take the #BettyWhiteChallenge in her honour

Niagara Falls will be awash in white and not just from the snow forecast to fall tonight into tomorrow.

From 7:30 to 7:45 tomorrow night, January 17th, the mighty Niagara will be lit in white to mark what would have been Betty White's 100th birthday.

Also to honour "the Golden Girl" people around the globe have been encouraged to take the #BettyWhiteChallenge, and donate to a local animal shelter.

The Niagara SPCA reporting it has received almost $3,000 in donations.
