The Niagara Falls Farmers Market is coming back.
The province says farmers markets are an essential service and the one in Niagara Falls will open June 6th.
The market is usually held at Sylvia Place at Main and Ferry.
It’s been there for 50 years and a cultural hub will be built there.
The market will move to the MacBain Community Centre parking lot during construction.
The extra space will allow for proper social distancing.
Face masks will be mandatory for vendors and handwashing and sanitizing stations will be available.
