It happened in the St. Paul and Riall Street area
Police were called in just after 11:00 yesterday morning after a Suzuki motorcycle collided with a Hyundai Elantra driven by a 29 year old Niagara Falls woman.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 31 year old St. Catharines man, suffered critical injuries and was airlifted to an out of town hospital.
Police say despite lifesaving efforts he died in hospital from his injuries.
His identity is not being released until police contact his next of kin.
The driver of the car was not hurt.
