Niagara Regional Police releases latest list of impaired driving offenders
Impaired driving charges have been laid against five people after R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.
Police say the checks took place from June 26th to July 2nd.
The following individuals are accused of driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, refusing to provide a breath or blood sample, or driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit:
- Patrick J. MCNAMARA, 33yrs, St. Catharines
- Thomas G. KOZLOWSKI, 68yrs, Porters Corners, New York
- Cheyenne B. GINGRAS-MORRISON, 28yrs, St. Catharines
- Shane C. ROY, 40yrs, St. Catharines
- Rami CHOGHRI, 33yrs, St. Catharines
Each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
