The second impeachment trial of the former President starts today.
Lawyers for the former president are insisting that he is not guilty of inciting a violent mob at the Capitol to overturn the election.
House prosecutors are expected to lean heavily on video from the Capitol building breach and focus on what Congress members experienced on January 6th.
But first, there will be a debate and vote on whether it's even constitutional to prosecute the former president now that he's no longer in office.
