Two Ontario regions are moving back into the grey lockdown category today
The Ford government has invoked what it calls the "emergency brake", placing Simcoe-Muskoka and Thunder Bay back into grey.
So instead of the vast number of businesses reopening, they will be closing in those two regions.
Thunder Bay's rolling average of new cases more than doubled last week,
Simcoe-Muskoka's seven day average was up 40 percent during the same time period.
