Premier says meeting with federal ministers was "productive"
Ontario Premier Doug Ford says there is still a little work left to do on the health-care funding deal with Ottawa.
Ford says his meeting with two federal ministers this morning was productive, noting both sides share the same goal of improving health-care across the country.
The premier added he now needs to consult with his first minister colleagues across the country.
On Tuesday, the federal government presented an offer to the provinces and territories that includes 17-billion-dollars over 10 years being added to the Canada Health Transfer.
