Police say a store called them after a man tried multiple times to pay
A 53-year old Fort Erie man has been charged with fraud.
Police were called to a business in the Geneva and North Service Road area on Thursday, March 6th, for a reported fraud.
Turns out the man picked out various items valued at over $5,000, and after multiple payment attempts, it became evident the suspect was trying to commit fraud.
Yesterday, police arrested Kevin Lutchmansingh, who had a bail hearing yesterday.
