Police say Nicholas Adamson disappeared in 2022 from near the Moose and Goose
Police have some heartbreaking news for the family and friends of a missing St. Catharines man.
Back in March of 2022, police began searching for 29-year old Nicholas Adamson, who had last been seen in the early morning hours of March 17th, on foot, near the Moose and Goose in Thorold.
Police say last December human remains had been found near Hamilton Harbour.
On Thursday, police were given confirmation by RCMP that a DNA sample indicated the body was Nicholas Adamson.
Police add the missing person case is now closed, and, foul play is not suspected.
They also extend their sincere condolences to the family and loved ones, and thank the public for help in this case.
