In an effort to help small businesses, the City of St. Catharines is offering free parking at select lots.
Until New Years Eve, you will have three hours of free parking weekdays between noon and 6 p.m.
Visitors can take advantage of free parking at City-owned parking lots with pay machines and at City-owned meterd spots on streets.
Long-term parking at the parking garages on Ontario Street or Garden Park/Carlisle Street are not part of the promotion.
The annual promotion is a joint effort between the City and the St. Catharines Downtown Association.
