The shooting happened last week, at the Niagara Gateway Information Centre
Police have arrested a Thorold man after another man was shot last week at the Niagara Gateway Information Centre in Grimsby.
This happened late Thursday afternoon, when police were called to find a man with serious but non life threatening injuries.
The next day, police say they arrested 33-year old Ferdinando Pio, charging him with aggravated assault, and firing a gun with intent.
He remains in custody, with a court appearance on Friday.
