The owner of the Milk N Things convenience store in Grimsby is facing fraud related charges.
The NRP searched the shop on Main Street West yesterday.
Officers seized counterfeit water pipes and sunglasses with illegal trademarks.
The items have a combined value of $5,000.
The owner, a 54-year-old man from Hamilton, has been released from police custody and will appear in court at a later date.
