It all depends on vaccine supply.
With some public health units ready to start inoculating seniors over 80, the province has given them the okay but says they will have to use their own appointment booking system for now.
Health Minister Christine Elliot says once their online portal is ready to go March 15th, public health units will have to switch to the provincial one.
This comes as the Ford government is under fire for the slow pace of its vaccine rollout plan.
The health minister also says the timeframe for vaccines revealed earlier this week for those aged 60 to 80 may be sped up depending on how many vaccines we get from the federal government.
Elliot says if those timelines do change they will be able to open up mass vaccination clinics sooner.
