41 year old Thorold woman facing charges
A 41 year old house cleaner is facing charges following a theft from a residence in Welland.
In February, Niagara Regional Police were called to a home in the area of Heather Court after a homeowner reported missing jewelry and currency.
Investigators with the help of Coins Unlimited helped trace the origins of the missing property and it was determined that house cleaner allegedly stole the items from the home.
NRP have charged Robin North with possession of property obtained by a crime and possession of property obtained by crime trafficking.
North was released from custody with a future court date.
Police have reason to believe there may be other victims of this offence.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009614.
