NRP say remains belonged to a missing Hamilton man
The human remains found earlier this month in Smithville have been identified.
Niagara Regional Police say they belong to 33-year-old Kyle Brocklebank of Hamilton who disappeared in March of 2022.
NRP say foul play is not suspected in the death and there is no ongoing risk to public safety.
Further details will not be released out of respect for his family and his privacy.
