He's up and moving around on crutches.
The Niagara IceDogs took to Twitter last night with an update on their goalie.
Tucker Tynan was hurt in Thursday night's game with the London Knights.
A player collided with Tynan in the crease, cutting his leg with his skate.
IceDogs General Manager Joey Burke is crediting quick action by both team's training staff and on-ice personnel with saving the 17-year-old's life.
Tynan is thanking everyone for their kind words and says he's looking forward to recovering and coming back stronger and healthier than before.
The league has now re-scheduled the game to be played in St. Catharines on February 4th.
