Ferrero Canada recalling some products due to possible Salmonella contamination
Health Canada says the products, which include mini eggs and egg hunt kits, have been sold nationally.
But the agency notes there have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products in Canada.
At this time the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is conducting a food safety investigation, which Health Canada says may lead to the recall of other products.
If other high-risk products are recalled, the CFIA will notify the public through updated food recall warnings.
