No surprise really, the Arctic air that’s been hanging around for the last week has managed to freeze up Lake Erie, literally.
Buffalo meteorologists noting the ice is pretty thin but covers much of the lake which will help reduce the potential for big snow events this month.
On the downside, the cold streak is expected to continue until the end of the month, making it one of the longest in recent memory
