Paramedic hit in the eye.
The NRP is investigating after an Ornge air ambulance paramedic was hit in the eye by a green laser.
Ornge says the hit occurred around 5:30 a.m. at the Niagara Falls Fire Hall.
The aircraft and crew were landing to transport a patient, when a paramedic was hit in the eye.
Laser strikes on aircraft pilots are considered dangerous, as it may blind the pilot during flights.
The transport was completed without delay, and police are trying to find the source of the laser.
Ornge Ambulance says the laser was reported as originating in the area of Hamilton Street and Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls.
