Police have charged a 40-year old Niagara Falls man
Police have taken a wide variety of illegal drugs off the streets of Niagara, and they've charged a Niagara Falls man in the process.
An investigation that began early this year into drug trafficking led them to a suspect living in Lincoln, who they say was selling.
Yesterday, police searched a home in Lincoln, and found:
- 350 grams of suspected Fentanyl (value $33,000)
- 1 kilogram of suspected crystal methamphetamine (value $15,000)
- 253 grams of suspected cocaine (value $17,000)
- 1250 tablets of suspected hydromorphone (value $1250)
- 30 tablets of suspected ketamine (value $300)
- 27 tablets of suspected Percocet (value $270)
- 500ml of suspected Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GHB) (value $300)
- 18 grams of suspected psilocybin (value $100)
- Loaded Taurus handgun with a high-capacity magazine
- $2,255 in Canadian currency
40-year old Christopher Duclos is charged:
- Possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of crystal methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of Ketamine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of Gamma Hydroxybutyrate for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of psilocybin for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of Percocet for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
- Possession of a prohibited firearm without holding a license
- Possession of a prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a license
- Possession of a loaded regulated firearm
- Careless storage of a firearm
- Possession of a prohibited device
- Possession of a firearm contrary to prohibition order
He remains in custody, with a court appearance today.
