Sherman Zavitz was the official historian for Niagara Falls for 25-years, and now he has his own alcoholic drink.
You can now go to Local on Main Street and order The Sherman.
Co-owner Nathan Warriner created it, as a new take on the whiskey sour.
It consists of one ounce of Jameson whiskey, a half-ounce of Triple Sec, three ounces of lime mix, a splash of soda water and a teaspoon of Amarena Cherry Syrup.
It will be available until the end of the month.
