The Coalition for a Better St. Catharines is about to host a public meeting, all about the old GM Plant site on Ontario Street.
The group says the site is decreasing the value of other properties in the area.
Members have already collected about a thousand signatures, calling on the City to clean it up.
Bayshore Groups put it up for sale last March.
Tomorrows meeting will get underway 3:00 p.m. at the Mahtay Cafe on St. Paul Street.
