NDP MPP Jennie Stevens says seniors can't get any appointments before Christmas.
St. Catharines NDP MPP Jennie Stevens sounding the alarm about the lack of booster shots available in Niagara for seniors.
Jennie Stevens is demanding the Ford government ramp up supplies to Niagara pharmacies in advance of Monday's expanded eligibility for booster shots.
Stevens says seniors in Niagara have spent weeks calling local pharmacies trying to get appointments but many are being forced to wait until January.
She says the province's poor planning is to blame and is calling on the government to increase the vaccine clinic capacity so seniors can get their boosters before the holidays.
