Police have arrested a man after two people were hit by a vehicle in St. Catharines.
It happened last Thursday at Court and Church streets.
Twenty-one-year-old Gage Young from Welland was found by police last night at a home in Niagara Falls.
He was arrested and faces five charges including dangerous driving.
A video bail hearing will be held today in St. Catharines.
