Police say several teenaged girls were sexually assaulted at park after meeting suspect on Snapchat
A 30-year old Mississauga man faces over a dozen charges after a number of teenaged girls were sexually assaulted at Vintage Park in St. Catharines.
Police were called Wednesday, to find the suspect had been communicating with several girls, all under 16-years old, via Snapchat, within Niagara.
He met the girls at the park, where police say multiple assaults happened.
Police say Sartaj Singh is charged with:
- Luring a child (two counts)
- Sexual assault (four counts)
- Sexual interference (four counts)
- Invitation to sexual touching
- Fail to comply with release order (four counts)
Police say he uses the account names of Jason39696 and Sid45843, and also uses aliases Jason, Damian, Oliver and Sid.
He has a bail hearing today, and if anyone believes they were or are a victim, or if you know anything about this case, call police.
