Charges have been laid following an incident at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Victoria Ave in Niagara Falls.
A video on YouTube shows a man trying to remove the physical distancing stickers from the floor several times with employees asking him to leave.
The man says he will comply with police, not the employees.
He also states that he is there to liberate the people, not to cause violence.
The NRP arrested and charged the 37-year-old with mischief under $5,000.
There have been reports that the man has also been charged for disobeying Niagara's mandatory mask bylaw.
