Police say one man is dead after a collision between a pedestrian and vehicle this morning on Thorold Stone Road, near the plaza containing Tim Hortons and Commisso's.
Officers were called at around 8:20, finding the man with life threatening injuries, he was rushed to hospital.
Sadly, he was soon pronounced dead.
Police had the road closed for a time, but it's now reopened.
