Police are asking everyone to avoid the area
Police say a man has been shot in downtown Niagara Falls.
They were called this morning to the Queen Street and Zimmerman Avenue area.
The man has been taken to an out of region hospital, his condition is not known at this time.
Police have not made any arrests, nor found a weapon.
The public is being asked to avoid the area.
