Police are thanking the public for tips that led them to a Niagara Falls hotel yesterday, where they arrested Johnathan Wade, charging him with what's listed below.
He has a bail hearing today.

Police are warning the public to be the lookout for 35-year old Johnathan Wade of Niagara Falls, wanted in connection to this shooting.
They found an imitation gun and ammo in the hotel room, which they believe was used.
Police say the suspect is wanted for:
- Assault with a Weapon
- Careless Use of a Firearm
- Pointing a Firearm
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Discharge Firearm with Intent
- Fail to Comply with Release Order x 2
- Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order
- Disobey Court Order
Police say he is 5'10, 200lbs, with a shaved head, and fled the scene in a blue SUV, shirtless, wearing black pants and dark shoes.
Police add if anyone in the Queen Street and Zimmerman Avenue area have video footage that can help find this suspect, call them.

Police say a man has been shot in Niagara Falls.
They were called this morning to the Queen Street and Zimmerman Avenue area.
The man has been taken to an out of region hospital, his injuries have been determined to be non life-threatening.
Police have not made any arrests, nor found a weapon.
The public is being asked to avoid the area.
