Construction was to close the Niagara bound lanes every Friday evening in July
The Ministry of Transportation won't be closing down the Burlington Skyway bridge tonight.
The Niagara bound lanes were supposed to close every Friday evening by 8 p.m. in July for construction work, reopening Saturday mornings by 9:30 a.m.
The Ministry tweeted out earlier today the skyway will remain open all weekend.
No explanation was given for the cancelled closure.
