Police say victim brought to Niagara Falls hospital seriously hurt
A 44-year old man has been charged with 2nd degree murder, after another man died in hospital following an assault.
Police were called to the Niagara Falls hospital a week ago this past Sunday, for a man brought there with severe injuries, due to a suspected assault.
The man was taken to another hospital for specialized care.
Police learned the incident happened on Buckley Avenue in Niagara Falls, and they charged Blair Young with attempt to commit murder.
Last Friday, police were told the victim died, and today the suspect was charged with murder.
Police add the two men knew each other, this was not a random attack, and there's no threat to public safety.
