The province has given the green light to a new addition for Monsignor Clancy Catholic Elementary School in Thorold.
It's going to add five new Kindergarten rooms and add 49 licensed child care spaces.
It's also going to add 130 pupil places and three existing child care rooms will be renovated.
Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff says this is fantastic news for Niagara.
"This investment will provide a quality learning environment and new opportunities for the students of Thorold."
NCDSB Chair Frank Fera says the addition is needed and he's thanking the province for approving the project.
