The city of Niagara Falls has a new fire chief.
Deputy Chief Jo Zambito has been hired to replace outgoing chief Jim Boutilier, who recently announced his retirement after 31 years of service with the city.
Zambito was hired as the City’s Deputy Fire Chief of Operations in 2016.
The new chief says he is honoured and privileged to be given the opportunity to serve as the city’s fire chief and stand alongside such a professional and progressive department
